Open Positions

  • Duties:

    • Operate various processing equipment.

    • Trim and grind products to specifications.

    • Inject products with brine solutions.

    • Tumble products in batch quantities.

    • Rack or hang products for smoking.

    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

    • Collaborate with plant managers and supervisors to meet company goals.

    • Complete processing schedules as directed by the supervisor.

    • Availability for overtime as needed.

    • Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Adherence to clean personal hygiene.

    • Ability to maintain a fast and safe pace in a production environment.

    • Good physical health, with the ability to lift up to 80lbs.

    • Dependability, reliability, and an excellent work ethic.

    • Good hand-eye coordination and knife skills.

    • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.

    • Understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures.

    • Good verbal, written, organizational, and math skills are preferred.

    • Team player with leadership abilities is a plus.

  • Duties:

    • Organize and maintain the packaging cooler.

    • Cut and package diverse products accurately.

    • Label and weigh retail and bulk items.

    • Build pallets to specification.

    • Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.

    • Collaborate with plant managers and supervisors to meet company goals.

    • Complete packaging schedules as directed by the supervisor.

    • Availability for overtime as needed.

    • Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Adherence to clean personal hygiene.

    • Ability to maintain a fast and safe pace in a production environment.

    • Good physical health, with the ability to lift up to 40lbs.

    • Dependability, reliability, and an excellent work ethic.

    • Good hand-eye coordination and strong multitasking skills.

    • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive employee relations.

    • Receive and verify delivery documentation.

    • Operate pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts.

    • Build and maintain pallets to specified standards.

    • Pull and stage orders.

    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

    • Manage inventory effectively.

    • Perform quality control on received and shipped goods.

    • Fulfill duties as a delivery driver.

    Qualifications:

    • Clean DMV record.

    • Experience with electric jacks, stackers, and forklifts preferred.

    • Dependability, reliability, and excellent work ethic.

    • Good physical health, able to work in a cold environment, and lift up to 80 pounds.

    • Basic math skills and attention to detail.

    • Clean personal hygiene and professional appearance.

    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    • Understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures.

    • Good verbal, written, organizational, and math skills are preferred.
